2. Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.

In-Stock Items

• Returns are accepted for full-priced items.

• Refunds will be processed after deducting shipping charges. (A return shipping and handling fee of €50 to €80 will be deducted from the refund amount, depending on your location.)

• Items must be returned in their original packaging within the specified timeframe.

Customized Orders

• Customized orders are not eligible for refunds but may be returned for a credit note usable toward future purchases.

• All customized and made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically to your preferences and measurements.

• We encourage you to review all details and sizing carefully before placing your order.

• If adjustments are needed, we may offer alteration support to ensure the perfect fit.

Final Sale Items
Discounted items may be returned for a store credit only (credit note), which can be used toward future purchases with Koré Collections.
Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
A return shipping and handling fee of €50 to €80 will be deducted from the credit note, depending on your location.

3. Shipping Costs

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
